Refund policy
Returns - non customised items only (unless spelling mistake by Luna's Treasures)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Refunds are only given for faulty products. You can also agree to a replacement product or store credit if your item was deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
Please note - any damage that happens e.g. in the washing machine is not a manufacturing fault.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached (this is for wrong size returns / change of mind returns).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned - any item that has been customised (anything that is not "ready to ship").

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (for faulty items).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited back.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can only be refunded if faulty. Sale items can be exchanged or credited on case to case basis. Please enquire.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf (e.g. spelling or colour error). PLEASE NOTE WEAR AND TEAR IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT (please carefully read wear and tear tab and follow the care instruction provided including the notes on your packaging). If you need to exchange an item, send us an email first at hello@lunastreasures.com.au I will assess the situation and if necessary will require you to send your item via tracked post to: PO Box 740 Tugun Queensland AU 4224
Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you we will refund to the buyer of the gift (if applicable).
Above only applies if the item is faulty (see prior paragraph).
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 740 Tugun Queensland AU 4224 (preferred), alternatively you can post to 9 Greg Chappell Drive Unit 13, Burleigh Heads 4220 QLD Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and will be reimbursed if the item was deemed faulty upon assessment. Change of mind returns or wrong size etc (within 14 days of receipt) you are responsible to bear all shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All items must be returned using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
